Prepare to board the Holland America Oosterdam, as we set sail on A DREAM CRUISE from Buenos Aires, Argentina around the southern tip of South America to Santiago Chile.
Can you hear our needles clicking in sync with the ocean? Do you feel your fingers itching to knit up a storm while we cruise through the Beadle Channel, along Cape Horn, and amidst the Chilean Fjords? Well, folks, this is the knitting cruise we've been waiting for! I’ve never been to South America, and I want to go with you! I'm particularly excited for The Falkland Islands and Lola wants to tango with you in Buenos Aires!
March is an excellent time to explore these lands. The days are long, the sun warm, and the weather at home is not all that!
But this cruise isn’t just about knitting – it's about exploring too! Penguins, sheep, birds, glaciers, fjords OH MY!
I’m cooking up a special concept for this trip… I’ll be designing a project for the cruise AND so will you! Classes on this cruise will incorporate knitting techniques along with creativity workshops and DESIGN skills. By the end of the two weeks, you will have your OWN memorable knit design on your needles. This cruise allows for us to do plenty of time to do design exploration. I am very excited to take a design journey with YOU as we travel around the tip of South America together.

March 6 – Buenos Aires / Exclusive Fiber Tour
March 7 – Montevideo, Uruguay / Exclusive Fiber Tour
March 8 – Day at Sea
March 9 – Day at Sea
March 10 – Stanley, Falkland Island, Islas Malvinas
March 11 – Strait of Magellan Cruising
March 12 – Punta Arenas, Chile (Cockburn Channel, Beagle Channel, and Glacier Alley Cruising)
March 13 – Ushuaia, Argentina
March 14 – Cape Horn Cruising
March 15 – Sarmiento Challen Cruising
March 16 – Chilean Fjords Cruising
March 17 – Puerto Montt, Chile
March 18 – Day at Sea
March 19 – Disembark in San Antonio (Santiago), Chile

2 Exclusive Knitting Tours, a Goody Bag with yarn and supplies to knit the design Laura is making for the trip, a customized guide with yarn and fiber-related activities to discover at each port, nightly knit nights with Lola, classes and knitting related shenanigans with Laura, group dinners, all port charges and taxes, meals while on ship.

Pricing
Starting at $2,991 per person for an inside room with a queen bed.
Non-Knitter discount with tours- $100
Non-Knitter discount without tours- $500
Deposit of $1200 per person is due at the time of booking.
Final payment due by November 15, 2024.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended and due at time of deposit.
Cost is based on total trip cost and age of traveler.
