I'm on TV... Knitting Daily TV! (with a Giveaway!)

Remember back in October when I was hinting at knitting step-outs ALL.THE.TIME, and then went to Ohio for a 36 hour stint?  Well, I was shooting a segment for Knitting Daily TV and now I can share it with you!

I got to Ohio ready to film with a ton of step outs in plastic bags that looked like this....
Then I got my hair and makeup did and the next thing I knew I was on set with Vickie.. (my eyes look a little psycho in this photo... let's just pretend they don't!)
I got to meet Tanis Gray for the first time in person, she is LOVELY....
I "speed" teach the Bulb Cuff from Knockout Knits in my segment, I can't believe we got through all the steps of making it.... I finally brought myself to watch it last night so I could write this post, and I have to say, it's better than I thought it would be!  I was just a little nervous I'd sound like a idiot but Vickie is a total pro, and guided me through each step perfectly......
I used a bead mix from Artbeads that I'm a little bit addicted to now... so fun to just string them on randomly and let them do their own color play....

  • The episode I am in is 1412... you can purchase it individually here.

  • Check your local listings to find out when KDTV (and my episode) airs here.
     I'm hoping it airs on one of our local stations and we can have a PARTY!

    Congratulations on the episode. I don't think I will be able to watch it on TV so I would love to have the DVD. I love knitting with beads and knitting is my number 1 addiction at this moment.
